Almost There…

The Cubbies won their fourth game in a row today. With the Brewers losing today, we are now 3.5 games up with one week left in the season. (Yes, I should know better than to use a title like that when we haven't yet clinched the division - look what is already on sale) Go Cubbies. It's been 99 years. Let's not make it 100.

UPDATE (9/29/07): Wooooohoooooo!! The Cubs clinched the NL Central last night and are playoff bound!

I had to share this - I think this is my new favorite photo of the boy. It is during one of his daily playtimes in his crib.



This past Sunday we decided it was time to try out his bumbo since he can hold his head up really well now. He loves it though he is probably not quite old enough for it. He was all smiles since he was able to sit up on his own like a big boy.



William has decided that the lion on his mobile is his favorite. Note the adorable smocked outfit grandma Susan made for him.


She also made him a hat and sweater set that he will grown into. The hat is still really cute even though it doesn't fit yet.

The Boy is Growing

It is hard to believe that he is already 6 weeks old.
At his last weigh in he was 10 pounds!

Mia is totally into her little brother. I caught her "talking" to him in his cradle the other day when I was out of the room (busted by the baby monitor).
When I walked in to check out the situation she looked guilty - I think she was trying to wake him up.
