Great Talk on the Food Industry

Sure, it sounds like an oxymoron. But trust us, this is really interesting, and well worth the 50ish minutes for the speech. It is by Michael Pollan and he delves into where your food comes from. This is NPR's take on it in a nutshell:
He is the author of a book called "The Omnivore's Dilemma," that argues agricultural policy affects everything from the obesity epidemic to global warming to national security.
He essentially looks at what ends up on our plates and how it got there but through a perspective we could all benefit from. Bon Appetit!
